I have WORKED...

...Across small and large charities, social enterprise, membership bodes, government bodies, local government, and the NHS for over 18 years. I have found so much in common across all these areas – most strikingly, the quality of the people, and the sheer determination to make a difference to the people and communities they serve.

Sometimes, however, there is simply not enough capacity or headspace to tackle some of the critical strategic decisions. In other cases, there is an elephant in the room where only a fresh external perspective will enable the conversation to move forward. A structured, focused approach driven by evidence, experience from similar organisations and engaging and exciting all of the right people, can move you forward in a very short period of time.


Whilst working in the sector... 

...I realised that there was a real need for ‘big firm’ style consultancy – with maximum pace, rigour and expertise – at fairer rates for the non-profit organisations, and with an extra dose of sector respect and understanding– that’s what I aim to provide on every single project.
